What we collect

The site has no accounts, comments, forms or newsletters. Our hosting provider and content delivery network process standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs, to deliver pages and protect the service. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Why and on what basis

Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Emails are processed under our legitimate interest in replying to you. If we ever add analytics, it will only run after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, which is your consent.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for a short period set by our providers, typically no more than 30 days. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and then deleted, normally within 12 months.

Who we share it with

Only our hosting and delivery providers, acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email us to exercise any of these rights.
